How long is a subscription?

Subscriptions are month to month. They are evergreen until cancelled.


Can I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled but will be charged for the remainder of the billing period.


What happens to my photos when I cancel?

Photos will no longer be available once a subscription has been cancelled. If you no longer need photos collected but wish to continue using our digital asset management software you can change your subscription type and not lose access to your assets.


Can I upload properties in bulk?

Yes, you can upload a spreadsheet of properties. A new subscription will be created automatically for each property upon upload.


Can I monitor multiple properties?

Yes, multiple properties can be added to your account. Each property will have its own subscription.


I see multiple charges on my bill, did you bill me multiple times by accident?

If you have multiple properties, each property carries its own subscription and each subscription is billed separately.


Can I request a specific date and time for my photo shoot?

Due to the physical nature of the image collection our field agents are bound to strict routes to gain transportation efficiencies.


Does my free trial automatically convert to a paid subscription?

You will be notified prior to your first charge that the free trial is ending and that you will begin to incur subscription charges.


Can I share photos with others?

Links to your photos can be shared externally.


Can I upload my own photos?

Yes, you can upload your own photos and simply use us as a digital asset management platform.


Are you a home inspector?

We are not home inspectors. We only collect photos of the property and provide you with a platform to manage the digital assets over time.


Do you provide written reports?

We only collect photos of the property and do not offer written notes about the property condition.


Do you provide photos of the interior and exterior?

If we can safely get into the property we will take photos of the interior as well as the exterior.


What areas do you not shoot photos of?

We do not shoot detailed photos of crawlspaces or any areas that require access using a ladder.


Do I need to communicate with tenants that you are arriving?

Yes, it is best for our Field Agents to operate as safely as possible. We have found that it is best for anyone already onsite to be aware that a Field Agent will also be onsite to gather property photographs.


Construction sites are dangerous

Yes, our Field Agent team has been trained to navigate sites safely, stay out the way and gather photographs quickly and correctly.


How will I recognize a Burrow Field Agent?

Burrow Field Agents will arrive wearing a hard hat, safety vest and id badge bearing the Burrow logo.


My property has a digital lock?

The code to the digital lock will be saved into the property profile. It will only be visible by a Field Agent the day of the collection is scheduled to be collected.


My property has dogs, is this a problem?

Please provide a safe working environment for the Burrow Field Agent. If the Agent is unable to perform their duties as a result of not being able to safely access the property you may incur additional charges for rescheduling the photographic collection event.
